In this post we will be upgrade existing Domain controller Windows Server 2016 to Server 2022 which is also known as in-place upgrade. For Windows Server 2022 upgrade, there are few pre-requisites to be met because we need to have latest schema applied on DC and also have to use adprep /forestprep and adprep /domainprep commands.
(more…)Enabling co-management feature in SCCM gives you the benefit of controlling the devices through Configuration Manager as well as intune. This doesn’t mean that you will be able to manage the features simultaneously, but means that you can flip the switch (workloads between SCCM & intune). For example: you want to manage everything through SCCM but Windows update through intune, this is what co-management is meant for.
(more…)To add custom domain name and wanted to get rid of the initial domain name provided by Microsoft ie. <domainname>.Onmicrosoft.com, and wanted to use your own custom domain to be listed in Azure AD then you should add custom domain name. Hence, changing to something like username@yourdomain.com without having onmicrosoft.com.
