Enabling co-management feature in SCCM gives you the benefit of controlling the devices through Configuration Manager as well as intune. This doesn’t mean that you will be able to manage the features simultaneously, but means that you can flip the switch (workloads between SCCM & intune). For example: you want to manage everything through SCCM but Windows update through intune, this is what co-management is meant for.

In this post, I will be setting up new Microsoft Intune Account for Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Once the account is created and setup is done, we are good to go with configuring and exploring the possibilities what MDM authority such as Windows Intune has to offer.

During Operating system deployment using SCCM task sequence, one of the most important log file is smsts.log whose location used to get changed during multiple phases of deployment.
During SCCM OSD, we can press F8 to open Command prompt and can navigate to any folder to look out for the logs.

Quick Assist is the tool available in Windows 10 which can be used to establish remote connection and help the user. Quick Assist can be very useful for organisation and their service desk to support users / employees.
Some organisations might not prefer Quick Assist to be used and they might choose to uninstall it. Uninstallation can be an easy and straight forward process, but that’s not the case with Installing the quick assist.

RSAT (Remote Server Administration Tools) can be installed manually using FOD (Features on Demand). However, if your system is joined to domain and is controlled by existing WSUS (Windows Server Update Services) as Software Update point role is installed through SCCM, you won’t be able to download or deploy easily.
